I also have the automatic transmission (need one auto around the house) and with all my modifications I have had no problems with the auto trans at all. I did switch to synthtic ATF (mobil 1 in my case) just for extra protection.

Last time I was on the dyno, I showed 193HP and 215 Lb-Ft Torque at the wheels. Assuming a loss of 15-20% for the auto trans/tire fricton/dyno roller/etc. that equals about 230-240HP and 260-270 Lb-Ft at the crankshaft, which matches the SpeedParts published numbers of 230HP and 260Lb-Ft pretty closely (for ECU + drop-in sport air filter + cat back exhaust).

I understand that for the Trionic 5 at least, the Stage 1 and Stage 2 ECUs are the same programm. The extra HP is from the sport exhaust and drop-in sport air filter.
