The clutch pedal itself doesn't seem to have any return spring. The pressure plate springs are the only thing pushing the pedal back up, so if you got air in the system, nothing pushes the pedal back up.
Gotta reverse-bleed the clutch... check out the link.
OTOH, it could still be a failing clutch master cylinder. Same result because no return spring in the actual pedal.
Warranty? You still have to get the dealer to observe the problem for themselves.
