Looks great! Gald it worked out. The rev match will take some time to get used to. I actually like it now, but it didn't feel natural at first. The rubbery shifter also took some time, but its easy on the throws so I don't mind. The 9-5 has a nice Saab shifter and I got used to that for a while.
RE: the turbo lag -- As Dean mentioned check the hoses. I actually found that when I bought my CPO the air box wasn't tightened (and missing two bolts). Luckly nothing got in there. Check the air box and the filter while your messing with it. Get a sport filter if the current filter is OEM and dirty. I have been very pleased with the J/R Sport Filter I installed. The car does take some time to adapt to your driving style so drive it hard for a while. If the sales guys used it for short lunch trips or just driving it around the lot etc enough times it may be sedate mode. It takes something like 10 driving sessions to learn? Not sure about that, but it took some time for mine to come to life after sitting on a lot for 5 months. Now I have no sensation of turbo lag.
Its a fun car. The color will attract some attention. I have been driving a ton lately and on the NJ Turnpike everyone wants to race. I don't tempt that easily, but once or twice...lets just say the turbo won.
