Crazy story....my indy caught my car on fire!

On Friday I dropped off my 9-3 to my indy to have the flex pipe replaced as it was rusted out and making entirely too much noise. The car was up on the lifts and he was underneath, well the bolts were rusted and stripped so he took a torch to it. He went to go wash off and came back to my car on fire! He had to lower it, open the hood and extinguish it.
Right about now, I just pulled up on my road bike to pick it up and he was a bit stressed. Essentially, the fire wall material had caught on fire and all the wiring for the harness is trashed. Also since the hood was down, the hood has a big burn spot. He's getting the hood repainted, a new hood liner installed and will be rewiring all the harness stuff. I trust the guy and he was honest and up front from the minute I pulled up, I'm just curious as to what other damage can I expect. For some reason, he unplugged the battery as well. The wiring I'm talking about is the wiring that runs parallel to the bottom of the windshield, under the hood of course.
He gave me a 9-5 SE loaner which isn't all bad.
Beware the torch!
