The shimmy/shake over 70 mph could be from a bent rim. Have it checked out. Pull from side to side is most likely tramlining on bad roads - your car is following indentations in the pavement - mine does this. Otherwise, if it does this on good roads that are straight, then it might be your alignment.
No recall on the rims, but if the finish is coming off, then they are replaced under warranty according to many on this board.
There was a silly class action lawsuit against SAAB brought by some greedy lawyers that claimed that the rims were too dangerous because they bent and blew out too easily. You're long past due for filing a claim however. It's silly becuase all low-profile rims and tires can blow out when you hit gigantic potholes and curbs. It's not the manufacturer's fault.
