'99 Viggen: Anybody seen my boost?

I posted a message a few days ago regarding a CEL (system too lean) and a stumbling condition when going after full boost. Thanks to all who weighed in. Oxygen sensor and plugs have been replaced, and the dealer did a "fuel injector service", which I agreed to simply because I was tired of seeing the CEL come on every few days after being reset.
After driving the car, the fuel delivery seems better, but the boost is very flat, and not even as good as it was when I brought the car in. It no longer "limps" when I get after it, but it doesn't snap my head back like it used to, either. There is no power surge to speak of. The turbo gauge is getting pretty deep into the yellow section, if that means anything, but quite honestly, it doesn't even feel like the turbo is engaging.
Do you think it needs to learn my driving habits again? I'm frustrated right now, because my car is not driving like the Viggen I know it can be! It's been 85-88 degrees here lately, but I can remember similar days last summer that were much more fun. :-(
