90k and you probably caused #2 yourself by not re-securing something. Do you have and independent to go to? And does he have the standard flat rate schedule of $65ish and hour, $95 if you watch, $115 if you help and $155 if you worked on it before yourself? Very, very easy not to put all the pieces back correctly with any brake job.

You could wind up replacing a lot of parts without solving #1 or #3. A thourough inspection is in order at a competent shop, maybe not a Saab indy, but maybe a good alignment shop, depends on the competency level. Some Saab shops are good at that, some farm it out, some places there are super competent alignment shops.

No way to tell long distance how bad your noises are, common symptoms for any 90k car brand or model.
