Plethora of Questions (part 3)

So far, my 2001 9-3 has needed a new turbo and throttle body in the past 2 months which I have owned it (37k-41k). Currently I notice no problem with driveability, but it appears oil is (or has) been leaking out of the right side of the engine head. There are 2 telltale trails, and the side of the block is very grimy. Is this in any way normal? I plan on calling the dealer to deal with it, but am I just being nitpicky?
Also, to save you from (part 4), the dealer contracted repair of my drivers seat out to an upholstry shop. The upholstry would not remain affixed to the seat's metal frame along the front edge, and I often had to clip it over the lip. This was really only a minor annoyance. I jsut wanted them to glue it back on. Instead they drilled holes and inserted 4 large jagged metal screws through the rubber lip of the upholstery and frame. You cannot see it really. You just tend to impale your hand on the screws every time you put your hand under the seat. A small tear in the leather if forming because of this lousy repair job. Should I take the car back screaming, or suck it up and be glad they repaired a "wear item" for free?
The dealer has been extremely nice and compliant thus far.
Thanks for sufering through all these long posts and questions =P
Despite all this stuff, I really really really really REALLY love my Saab! I cannot imagine driving anything else.
