'99 CEL P0113: Where is the TBTC?

I did some radio work over the weekend and reconnected the battery, only to find the CEL light on when I started the car... I went to AutoZone today and they told me the code and interpreted it as P0113: Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input. I searched this forum and found a post from Dean saying to start by checking the wires to this sensor, which is on the Throttle Body Transition Casting (Casing?).
I know where to put the washer fluid (and I replaced my own DI cassette last weekend)... but I don't really know too much about what else is going on under the hood.
Where is the TBTC? Where can I look to find this sensor? Could this sensor error be responsible for my REALLY rough idle (car almost feels like it's going to stall) in drive at stoplights? Rough idle has been around a while, CEL is new.
Thanks!
