Not only that, but they tell you to go colder?
Is your engine basically stock? Usually you don't want to use a colder plug (7) unlet you've got mods.
If you can find BCPR6ES-(anything), that's just the factory gap. You'll want to measure the gap anyway, just because it's so easy. 1.1mm is on the big end of the tolerance, so you probably want to gap to 0.9mm or 1.0mm since they usually erode bigger.
With the copper plugs, don't go the whole 30k interval that your owner's manual says... (that's maybe OK for platinum)
