The Viggen is lowered from the stock 9-3 suspension. All suspensions are designed so that as they compress, negative camber is increased; this improves handling characteristics in cornering. The 9-3 rear suspension is a torsion beam, and the same part was used across the model line to save cost. It is a non-adjustable part, again, probably to save cost. So basically, the Viggen camber issue is the result of a lowered suspension and some bean counting.
There's been some discussion of shimming the rear suspension to adjust the camber, and it sounds like it can be done. Search the boards and see what you come up with.
