Rogo-
My initial mods will be the steering rack brace to reduce the nasty torque steer and the rear sway bar to reduce roll during cornering and improve overall handling. There are a few different aftermarket places fabricating these items - MP Performance (http://www.mpperformance.com/default.asp) is a good place to get aquainted with upgrades. Also there have been recent threads on this 9-3BB that go into depth of different fabricators and other modifications.
Have fun.
Roger
ps- one other thing, if you haven't purchased/taken delivery of the car yet consider having one thing added to the due bill - there are handful of programming options on the car that can only be done by the dealer or indy with the Tech II device. If you have them done as part of the due bill then there will be no charge. If you have it done later I believe you will get 0.5 hours labor charge. These programming options are such things as how many chirps the car makes when setting the alarm; setting the doors to automatically lock as you drive and unlock when you remove the key from the ignition. The following is a link to a page put together by someone else on Saabnet that lists these options. http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/faq/9-5aeroprog.html
The list is indicated fort the 9-5 but they are the same for the 9-3.
