I have the same problem, but I've taken some steps to diagnose it, and now I'm quite puzzled.
Original problem: No fluid on driver's side (passenger's works fine). Sometimes when holding down stalk for a while, fluid would eventually start.
Steps taken: Replaced driver's side nozzle, 3-way check valve (T valve), and 2-way check valve on pax side. Checked for blockage in short hose between T valve and driver's nozzle, found none.
Current status: No fluid initially on driver's side, but after about 2-3 seconds, fluid starts. Passenger side still works fine.
The only thing I can think of is that something's up with the passenger side nozzle so that it allows too much flow. This means there's not enough back pressure to the driver's side, so the driver's side is slow to start.
The pump is putting out plenty of pressure, because once the fluid is flowing, it's flowing very well. In fact, at first, when the passenger side is flowing and driver's side is not, the passenger's side overshoots the windshield.
I'll probably try replacing the passenger's side nozzle, and then I'm fresh out of ideas.
