Headbolt Retorque - Any downside?

I'm bringing my 99 9-3SE (non HOT) w/ 92K miles in Fri for headbolt retorque.
No symptoms whatsoever, UOA has been perfect.
Actually going to dealer for this, and considering recent developments from Saab re: engines, PCV mods etc I'm comforted somewhat (not clear on this dealership competence tho).
First fellow I spoke with had job right in his head, instantly quoted $120 inc. v/c gasket - OK good. 2nd fellow (when setting up time) had reservations
'some h/g don't need or shouldn't have bolts retorqued', I disputed that a little, said I wanted #10 bolt tight for starters.
Any reservations whatsoever to having this done? I've procrastinated past the DIY stage as I'm now garageless in VT winter, and with head gasket failures in the news I'll be happy to be on record with a dealer. I'll report what words of wisdom I hear.
I certainly appreciate being armed with info I've read on this BB in the past and particularly recently.
