There's more to it than just the bolts... but not much more. Not having done brakes on my Viggen before I am expecting there to be some really tough bolts. Only way to remedy this are bigger/better tools (more grab and better torque/leverage)... or just being smarter about it... like possibly using a drill with a left hand thread drill bit so it will unscrew when I drill it out. I'm referring to the set screws for the rotors. I had a tough time with these on my C900 awhile back.
The other is pushing the piston back to accomodate the material mass of the new rotors and pads. I hope you're planning on putting new pads on as well ... unless they are new already. I believe there is a trick to pulling the piston back... I need to research this some more.
I think that once you get all the parts together you should be able to find someone with Saab experience to put these on for ~$100-$125. If not do some research, and be willing to get some help with bleeding the system.
I'll be doing the same job here shortly as my pads and rotors are shot and ordered parts today.
