Conv: Replacement for Side Mirror & Back Seatbelts?

I have owned my 2002 SAAB 9-3 convertible for 8 months and there are a couple of things that bother me.
First of all, the back window is extra-small. In addition, the back swoops up blocking even more of my view. **sigh** So, I am using my side mirrors more and more. I thought I read that there was a replacement mirror for the 9-3 that gives me a bigger field of vision. I just did a search and didn't find it. Does any one know of such a thing?
The second thing that bothers me is that the back seatbelts seem to be "stiff" when I buckle them. Since I have a 5 year old in a booster seat I am buckling them just about every time I behind the wheel. I have a hard time getting the female end up out of the back seat crevice and the male end into it. I can't imagine my DD being able to buckle herself in soon and that annoys me. Any hints?
Thanks everyone!
Robin
