If you had Saab steelies, probably need to get another. If you had aftermarket steelies, try to get the same.
The part that you need is 4688156 (6x15). Eeuroparts lists this as 'OEM' for $69.90 (free ship and no tax for most dest), and the Saab list price is $97.00. Will dealer mount and balance for $120? (Or is $120 part of a package with tire mounted. I think that packages such as this offered by Saab require that a set of 4 be purchased.)
I would ask eeuroparts if the wheel is the same. Sometimes wheel covers for european steel wheels do not fit aftermarket wheels available here. I have seen this with VW.
Some rim bends in steelies can be beaten back into shape, but if the wheel has a wobble distortion, scrap it. If the rim is bent/dented outward, it can be beaten in with the tire mounted and inflated... if the tire is still serviceable. Biut might need to have the balance checked after all of this.
