Follow up--might be an after-market company

I did some checking on the web and found the company that sent the card--First National Warranty in Florida. Seems to be an after-market company that tracks down purchases of cars that are on the verge of losing their warranties--although mine is a Saab CPO. Only Saab, my insurance company, and my state motor vehicle department would know that I purchased a car--no banks or loan companies were involved. Perhaps getting a new title is public information, or maybe it is a result of insurance companies sharing info with other insurance companies. Will know more when I call on Monday, and I will definitely inquire as to how my name and car was identified.
