DI cassette cracked...useable??

this is probably an easy "NO!"...but here it is:
i managed to crack one of the plastic sleeves where the sparkplug connects (being stupid and working too fast). about a 1" triangular piece from the side of the plastic sleeve is now missing. the rubber is split too, at the very bottom where the opening is. i don't see any internal parts/metal/etc, just the rubber insulator underneath where the plastic was...
is it still useable?? i had a spare, which is now in the car so there's no immediate problem, but as i was on the way to the dumpster with the broken one it occurred to me it might still be OK in a pinch. thoughts? thanks!
