Which is alot but...like OD said...that's what a quality job will require. Maybe get away with a little less depending on the shop.

As for the mesh covering the intercooler...I'm not sure how it is attached on a Viggen bumper but...you could take that out and replace it with some new mesh. You can buy it buy the foot from several places on the internet. It comes in stainless steel so...you could just leave it bare and it wont show any chips or scratches. You could also buy enough to do the grill. It looks great...just a nice touch but not "Japanese car tuner look". I did this to my '00 9-3SE but...I made the mistake of painting it black. It's held up ok but I'll probably end up buying more mesh and just leaving it bare.

It's too bad you can't refinish the 9-3 bumpers like those on classic 900's yourself. I recently did the bumpers on my '94T-convertible for about $30 and a weekend of time.
