ABS warning/rear tire size (long)

I ran over a sharp & large piece of plastic sometime this week. It looks like a part of someone's grille or bumper. It cut a large hole in the rear snowtire, enough to cut steel belts. As I lost air, I noted the car feeling squirrely. Suddeny the brake warning light (red) and ABS warning light (amber) came on, but no alarm noise or display on the SID. By this time I didn't l know about the flattening tire.
After I took the tire off & put on the donut spare, the lights went off, but come on every time I hit about 45 mph the first time after starting. Also I note my speedometer is off quite a ways. Traveling at 65 mph (yeah, I know I shouldn't do that on ice with the donut spare) the speedo shows about 78 mph. I can tell the real speed by observing the normal rpm & the cars around me that normally travel the same speed.
So my question: is the ABS/brake warning a part of the mismatch in wheel diameters &/or related to the speedo being off? When I get the regular snow tire back on (must be ordered from the lower 48), can I expect that I also do not have a brake malfunction to fix?
TIA.
