Hi Brian - this looks like a good report to me.
Iron wears primarily from piston, cylinder walls, rings, valve train. Lead from bearings and bushing. Both numbers for your car are fine for a SAAB turbo. Your engine is wearing as it should -- slowly. Copper values are particularly low, which is good. Copper can originate from journal bearings, valve guides, bushings, some gaskets.
The value of 8ppm for silica is also fine; significantly higher numbers (>20ppm) can indicate a leak in the engine air filter box, allowing dust and dirt into the engine. No problem here.
The oil has thinned from a 40 weight into a mid 30 weight, but this amount of shearing is expected in a turbo.
No sign of a headgasket problem (no antifreeze and wear numbers are good). Still, I would do the head gasket retorque if it hasn't already been done.
It seems there is no value in the report for fuel dilution. This would be good to know.
If you post this over at bobistheoilguy.com, you will receive a fistful of amateur opinions (as is mine), I'm sure.
