I do not think that the DI would be lateral G load sensitive, and I can't see why the fuel pump or FPR would be either. But the engine does move in its mounts. So I would check the evap control system hose from the solenoid valve to the TB. If that was cracked, engine motion might make if flow air that would lean out the mixture. And check the small hoses to the MAP and FPR for good measure. And any damage between the MAF and the turbo would be a problem too. Any leak in the pressurized turbo plumbling would make the mixture rich, not lean.
And along with the above, prehaps the engine mounts are moving too much. So you might also find the engine mounts having issues too.
Might be good to also check that the engine ground cables are in good condtion and with tight connections. Engine motion might play with those as well.
