I've been keeping an eye on this for any leaks, but everything has been good. It's possible it's been done before, but who knows. The car is my wife's, and she took it in last week for a bunch of things. I'll keep an eye on it, and I have no problem doing it myself if it comes up later.
To answer your question asantewaa, here's what I can remember the dealer replaced under my CPO warranty:
-front struts
-rear muffler
-front/rear washer nozzles
-serpentine idler
-rear brake light assembly (damaged from water leaks)
-rear trunk seal, and tail light seal
-drivers side airbag connection (check engine/airbag light came on)
-timing cover seal due to oil leaks
-trans cooler fitting seals due to trans fluid leaks
-rear Saab emblem
-positive battery cable (was almost fully corroded thru)
I'm a bit worried about keeping it since all this happened within the two years, and 16,000 miles we've owned it. ALot of this is small stuff, but if these were on my dime, this thing would have nickel and dimed me to death. Hopefully, alot of the replacement parts will keep it on the road longer. I will likely buy a DI cassette and keep it in the trunk.
