The twisting of the rear axle, creates a small component of rotation about the vertical axis at the swaybar mount. The swaybar is very stiff and will not bent in that mode so easily, so that interface slips and makes noise. The OEM bar has a flattened section to make the bar easy to flex in that mode and that eliminate the problem. So these heavy swaybars have this design problem. I know how a rear swaybar could be fabricated to elminate this problem, and have posted what needs to be done, but short of making them myself, you have to live with that.
You might be able to put some kind of buffer washer* in between the bar and axle to allow movement, but perhaps the forces are so high from the stiff sway bar that things will still make noise. There might not be much that you can do about this.
*perhaps two layers of stainless steel 'shims' with moly grease in between
