They switched the style of sensors in around 2000-2001 and the 15738 is for the older cars.
It's starting to get really picky with the right type of sensor installed.
I have had good luck with pre 2000 cars using a Bosch sensor with number 15715 or 15718 but I have not had to replace one on a 2000 and up Saab yet.
Volvo was going through the same thing in 93-95 using different kinds of Bosch sensors and if you installed the wrong one you instantly had a problem on your hands with check engine lights.
