CEL code, and voltage check results

ok, the CEL code is P1182 which is associated with air/fuel mixture. This probably has nothing to do with the engine and dash lights shutting down while driving.
The battery is at 12V with the car off, and with the car on it shows a bit over 14V. THis seems like normal operation condition, so perhaps it is this relay which Makis was talking about that is going bad.
As far as the air/fuel mixture, this seems like a rather generic code, and I wonder about all the factors which could set it off. Any Ideas?
The 3 things which pop to mind first are:
Injectors (Techron every few months)
Air Filter (new K&N in the past 6 months, still looks new)
Fuel Filter (No idea, expensive to check and replace)
Could the Turbocharging system set this code off as well, as in leaking Vac lines?
Any advice would be helpful, thanks =)
