You can use a pair of side cutters to reach in and crimp the clamp. Make sure the crimp part of the clamp is not on the fat rubber section of the boot(you'll see what I mean if you look at the inboard end or the boot) Saab also sells an updated grease for that application but it is something like $27 a tube and 3 tubes are required.
