The front fender is pretty easy to move forward, loosen the bolts on the top of the fender, (torx)If my memory serves me correctly, there are two bolts at the lower portion of the fender that you access by opening the door and one from inside the fender by removing the plastic skirt. you may need to put a washer behind the fender but if you loosen the fender, pull to where you want it and retighten you may be OK. There is also a bolt on the front of the fender beneath the turn signal that you should loosen also.
