Idle air speed control function.
Clean the TB on a T7 vehicle. On a T5 vehicle, clean TB and IAC.
Fouled fuel injectors and plug problems can contribute to this problem.
For injectors, use Techron Concentrate. This should be used two or three times per year, or every 8K. You can try this first then move on to plugs and TB/IAC if needed.
