My 04 9-3SS squeaked from the 2nd day onwards. It doesn't happen early in the morning when the car is cold and moist and definitely goes away after you spray it with water but it squeaks like the mother of all squeak once the car is warm up/as in towards the end of my trip when I enter parking lots. (Very embarrassing)
I brought my car in at around 1K service and the dealer replaced the pads. My car continued to squeak/squeal with 6.5K on the odometer and I just see no end in sight.
They say cleaning with water helps--nope
They said it should go away in about 5K after it’s broken in--nope
They said you should break hard to set the pads or breaks--doesn't work.

I am all out of options and to be honest it is embarrassing to drive in parking lots with this loud racket. My dealer said Saab would not pay for anything more since they have already paid for pad replacement.

It would really be great if there is another solution to this.
