CD Changer

My new (to me) 9-3 SE Cvt came with the 6 disc CD changer in the trunk. I just got the car last week, but I've notice that the CD's skip everytime I hit a bump.
I just moved over from a 99 BMW 323i CVT that has a similar setup with the changer in the trunk and it never skipped.
Is there something I can do to prevent this? Do others have this problem?
