If there is no prior service history for the head bolts or head gasket, I would definatly have the head bolts retorqued, as some of the head bolts in 1999 production were hardly tightened at all. First sign might be some coolant loss at the GH near the battery end.
Check to see if the low oil pressure light works during lamp check. If not, replace the oil pressure switch.
