Head Bolts? Are mine stretched? (Very small oil leak)

I have a VERY tiny oil leak. It's enough to notice something's wrong only after about a week of driving after cleaning off the mess. Even then it's a very small accumulation.
It's just a very small amount of oil coming out of two corners (accumulates to an actually noticable pea sized mark after several days of driving) a month or two passes and it becomes an good amount of oily grunge.
The Saab Dealer here said I need a new headgasket. I disagree completely.
They've been retorqued once by an independant dealer who Im sure didnt do it right as he's a lazy s.o.b. (Now Im in a whole other state)
I have the TSBs that show incorrectly torqued head bolts at the saab factory. I know that independant probably did it wrong, so Im guessing I have stretched head bolts.
Other factors:
* NO white smoke
* The car runs great. It drives perfectly.
* Passed VA emissions test with absolutly amazing numbers. I was so far below the limits it was silly.
* The amount of oil leaking is very small. I must stress this point. Nothing is smoking or fuming from the engine compartment.
Im thinking of buying headbolts, and replacing them myself. Is this a good idea? I dont know what sort of wrench attachment to use for these bolts, they look a bit odd.
Also, if this were a headgasket problem, wouldnt I have coolant and not oil leaking? Could this just be a valve cover gasket problem?
