If you are leaving the boost pressure tapped at the turbo then, YES, two y connectors. For the APR, you'll need to figure out where you will be placing it or mounting it and then figure out what kind of barbs you need. For the mount I made, I used a 1/4" elbow barb for the APR inlet and a straight 1/4" barb on the outlet. Due to the mount location, that is what worked best.
If you are moving your boost tap up to the TB, then you only need 1 y connector as your APR will be tapped at the turbo and the MBC will be tapped at the TB, then Y'd together to the WGA.
No additional risk that would be any different than uaing a MBC or other boost increasing applications.
Consider using BCPR7es-11 s[ark plugs if not already, make sure of your plug gaps, use premium fuel, have the intake and exhaust mods, low restriction air filter, TBTC porting, use fuel system cleaner every 3-5000 miles to keep injector spray working well (Techron Concentrate recommended), good quality full synth oil, good fluid maintenence, tranny included. Consider changing to MTF0063, etc...
