Well one thing I would check would be the foward right side of the engine, where the head meets the block. During 99 saab slacked in tourqueing a few of the headbolts. You should have the vin run by a dealership to check the service history. ie regular oil servicing and the headbolt thing.
if there is seepage haggle with them over a fresh hg and have the headbolts retorqued.
