Same old question umphteenth time.
Answer: it depends. Basically what you get with Certified Preowned is an extended warranty. Somebody is making money off extended warranties and it isn't the person buying them. If you never buy an extended warranty on anything, you will almost certainly come out ahead in the end. It just depends on whether or not you can absorb the occasional repair bill and on a car, that can be quite healthy. Me, I don't do extended warranties, many on this board do. Make your own decision.
