I went with the 22mm bar from Taliaferro for my '03 9-3 convertible. I am quite pleased with it. My logic being that a convertible is quite flexible and probably could use all the help it could get, so I chose the 22mm bar over the 19mm version. Nick didn't list the 25mm at that time and I would likely have considered that overkill anyway as my 9-3 will remain basically stock (I have a 9-5 Aero for serious driving).
Swaybars are kind of counter intuitive by the way, increasing the stiffness on one end of the car improves the handling of the other end. A stiffer rear antisway bar will reduce understeer, but if you go too stiff, you get oversteer which can be real hairy. You will be quite happy I suspect with the 22mm bar and it is an easy do it yourself install. While you're at it, think about getting a steering rack brace, that will also do much to improve your handling.
