to screw up the maf AND the O2 sensor at the same time is unusual to say the least, to hit the TB while you are at it... well, let's just say a unique coincidence.
The engine controller uses the first O2 sensor as one input to adjust the amount of fuel that goes into the engine (in other words richer or leaner). I think Dean already posted on the MAF. If you screw up the front O2 sensor, idle can be off, gas mileage can suffer, etc. O2 and MAF at the same time could confuse the ecu quite a bit.
Codes that I have on the O2 sensor are below, from a post by Dean on the NG900 board. Maybe the same post has some of the other codes, not sure.
P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0132 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
I would say clean the O2 first and reinstall it, but with what, I don't know... I don't see why silicone would damage it permanently unless you got it inside the pipe somehow. Here is how they work, maybe it will help:
