Don't know if this could be the case on your car but I had a similar problem a month ago where only at boost, the engine started to misfire (shaking) and logging a misfire code for cylinder 1.
After long time of fault tracing I found that one bolt that holds the whole fuel injector rail in place (it is only two bolts total) on the cyl number 1 and 2 side had worked loose and under heavy boost, the number 1 injector popped out of its socket and couldn't deliver fuel properly.
As soon as the boost went away, the injector slid back into place and so forth didn't create a vacuum leak or noise or anythingback at the shop.
If? I could have had another tech laying in the engine compartment during a test drive we would have heard the swooshing noise right away when the turbo boost escaped from that open hole but that was not an option.
The other guess I have is that the ignition cassette or spark plugs start to go bad creating a misfire.
