Some good power gains can be had just like the Audi/VW 1.8T's. Try the 3" turbo downpipe from MP Performance, and the Powerchip Performance Software this will add 35-45 to your 9-3SE. You will love the gains and driveability is as good or better than stock. No worries about passing smog either.
