OUCH! I have the chronic CEL too. Code is usually P0131 ground circuit on bank 1 O2 sensor. Sometimes randomn other codes all to do with the O2 sensors. Under warranty, Saab threw three perfectly good O2 sensors in the garbage! My car runs fine and with advice from mechanics and members here I believe I traced it to bad connectors in the ground loop for the O2 sensors. Within a week of the replacements my CEL would come on with the same code. I hope your mechanic didn't do the same. I was at the dealer last week and the Service Manager was very aware of this problem and said they had a fix that involves cutting out connectors on the ground loop and soldering wires together. So, Saab is aware of at least the O2 sensor grounding problems. You might inquire to at least eliminate the O2 link in the chain. I have no experience with the other codes.
