If the two person bleed did not work, then the vaccum bleed will not work either. I suspect that there is something blocking the fluid intake for that circuit, So they must have fudged up the MC install. Perhaps some pressure needs to be applied to the nipple first to back flush the system, or alternatively, retract the front caliper pistons using a screwdriver to lever them back in, this will cause back pressure in the system. Then you can also check if the caliper is sized.
