Most likely it is the oil pressure sending unit on engine block that has died.
If you know your way around the engine, the sender is hidden under intake manifold in the center of engine block (if Viggen behind the starter).
It is very difficult to located the sender from above because the oil filler pipe is covering the sender. But if you find it you could try to get a long screw driver down and touch it to the wire lug of the sender and also against ground with ignition turned on and have someone watch the oil light at the same time.
If the light flickers, the sender is bad.
