Check out the following for the real accurate scoop on real lighting and the HID "drop-in" kits (now illegal) as well as the blue "cool" bulbs.

You would be better served by eCode lenses. Silverstars (US spec) are a plus, but lasted about 5 months in my Viggen without the DRL feature. They were nice, but since they both failed within 4 days of one another, a feat also duplicated in my wife's old Accord, you need to decide is it worth it. I has Silverstars with both the regular and eCode lenses and found eCodes with regular bulbs are nicer than regular DOT lenses and Silverstars. Just my preference and opinion. ECodes and Silverstars were great, but the life is too short at $18 per bulb.
I have heard a lot of good things about European Silverstars (without the blue coating) being exceptional.
