Most likely it is the horn contact unit behind the steeringwheel. If your steeringwheel controls for the steroe also don't work, it is the contact unit. If it is just the horn, it might just be the lead off the contact unit to the horn. You can check it by taking off the steeringwheel and checking the leads to see if they are still connected.
