You might want to do a tad more maintenance than the owner's manual recommends.
I'd certainly use nothing but the best synthetic engine oil (and maybe change it a bit before the recommended drain interval), and ATF (assuming it is an automatic. Flush brake fluid annually, not less than 2 years. Treat weatherstripping with silicone every year (maybe even spring and fall).
Keep your eyes on the board here so you get advice on things to check or have checked, such as belts and pulleys.
Having the CPO for the next 57K is a definite plus---
