Yes. Assuming you have returned the lever to it's original position:
1. Open trunk and move the luggage mat toward the front of the car
2. Remove the sillplate
3. Peel back the weatherstrip molding around the opening of the trunk and move it out of the way
4. Peel back the lugguage trim on the right-hand side and move it out of the way
5. You can then take hold of the tonneau motor, which will be rotated away from the backing plate (toward inside of fender) and push it back into position until you hear a click (release bracket reseating). Make sure the motor is fully seated before putting everything back together.
Note: 1 through 4 above are part of the directions to actually remove the tonneau motor unit. I've just looked at mine and I think you may be able to reach your hand in there by just doing 3 and 4, so perhaps you should try that first. Visibility will be very limited this way...
