Disregard the short belt mod thing, your car is already equipped with the short belt routing. Replace the upper idler pully. That is the one that fails. The rest are usually fine. If you are doing it yourself, there is a good NG900 DIY website with step by step instructions for the serp belt and idler pully replacement. Link is below. Just follow the routing on the shortbelt as that is what your car already has. If the pulley still works but is buzzing and serp belt is still in one piece, stick them both in a plastic bag and put it in your trunk for emergency situations as these things fail and then your stuck. Make a copy of the routing diagram and put it in your trunk as well. This will help when you need it.
