Tires that big in diameter may rub. They're even bigger in diameter than a 225/45R17, which is generally considered to be the biggest tire the wheel wells on these cars can handle. It won't make a difference to the ABS calibration, and it will just make your speedometer read 2.8% lower than it would with a Viggen-sized tire.
